Like most Yiddish words it's hard to define exactly what a 'broigus' is - but we all know one when it happens. Sure, they usually start off as small arguments, disagreements or differences of opinion but over time they'll fester away inside you like some stale chopped herring from a badly catered wedding.
What starts off as a petty annoyance often grows into a full scale row and before you can say 'Cheap Barmitzvah Present', you're resentful, bitter and twisted, which is why we set up broigus.com.
It serves two purposes. Firstly, it gives you a way to vent your anger and your frustration. And secondly, it gives you a way to take delight in other people's anger and frustrations (and let's face it, other peoples' broiguses are always entertaining).
